1. Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery delays may occur during public holidays, sale events, or due to bad weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges range from Rs. 200–250, depending on your city.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions announced on our website or social media pages.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your contact number is active so the courier can reach you at the time of delivery.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive:

  • An order confirmation message

  • A verification call or WhatsApp message (if required)

Orders that are not verified may be canceled automatically.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number or tracking link so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are carefully and securely packed to prevent damage.

  • Items are sealed and protected to ensure safe delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier company will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If both attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Please ensure you provide the correct:

  • Name

  • Shipping address

  • Phone number

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

9. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available.
We deliver within Pakistan only.
