At 3Ladies, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully check and pack every order, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, used or opened makeup products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used makeup products
  • Opened skincare products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/wrong item received)

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 3 days:

Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product picture
  • Issue description

Our team will respond within 24 hours.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Product out of stock after payment

Refund Method:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa/JazzCash
    Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Cash on delivery shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

If the product is eligible, we will offer:

  • Exchange with the correct item
  • Exchange with another product of the same value

Customer may have to pay reshipping charges.


6. Return Shipping Cost

Return courier charges must be paid by the customer unless the product received was wrong or damaged.


7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
