3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your city.

5. What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery charges apply:

• Rs. 200–250 in most cities.
• Free shipping may be available during special offers.

 

 6. Can I return or exchange a product

Yes, you can return or exchange products within 3 days if:

• The product is damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The product is unused and in its original packaging
  (For hygiene reasons, used makeup cannot be returned.)
