At 3Ladies, we aim to deliver your favorite makeup products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy for complete details.

1. Delivery Time

We process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours.
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

(Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or bad weather.)

2. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping fee is:

Rs. 200–250 depending on your city

Free shipping on special promotions (announced on our website & social media)

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please ensure your contact number is active so the rider can reach you.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation message
  • Call or WhatsApp verification (if needed)

Unverified orders may be canceled automatically.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number or link to track your parcel.

6. Packaging & Safety

All products are securely packed to avoid damage.
Makeup items are sealed and protected for safe delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

The courier will make two delivery attempts.
If you miss both attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

8. Wrong Address or Incomplete Information

Please provide the correct:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within Pakistan.
