  • Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other methods shown at checkout.

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Orders may be canceled or limited if we detect false information, suspicious activity, or repeated returns.
  • You must provide complete, accurate address and contact details for successful delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on your city and courier service.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or incorrect addresses.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will update you through WhatsApp (if applicable).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, makeup products are not returnable or exchangeable.
We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received

In such cases, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with proof (photos/videos).
Refunds or replacements will be provided based on our review.

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
